We continue to provide support for customers who have been affected by Covid-19. There are various support options available and we want to do all we can to help anyone in need during this difficult time. The simplest way for us to understand your situation and work out which support option is right is for you to complete our online Covid-19 form. You’ll find this when you log in to your online account (please note this form is not available through our app). Once we’ve received your form, our review team will look at your circumstances and see how we can best help you.
Our phone lines remain busy during this period so if you do have a question or need help with anything, we advise to first check our website to see if we can help you there. A top priority of ours is to ensure the wellbeing of our customers. 2020 was a tough year for lots of us and the importance of looking after each other has never been greater. That’s why we’ve been spending extra focus on being able to provide you with expert guidance, tips and resources. We’ll be looking to introduce a Support Hub to our website very soon! Scheme of Arrangement
Ensuring we’re treating customers fairly is at the core of our business.
Many of you will already be aware that we are entering into a Scheme of Arrangement (The Scheme). The aim of the Scheme is to provide a fair outcome for all our customers by enabling equitable treatment for all customers who have a valid claim.
The alternative we are facing is a likely insolvency. If declared insolvent, based on our calculations, no compensation would be paid to customers who have a valid redress claim. We therefore strongly believe that the Scheme is in the best interest of our customers.

To ensure we’ve got all hands on deck to support customers who are financially struggling due to Covid-19, we’re still not taking any new loan applications.
But for now, (given it really is a bit dreary out there) we thought we’d leave you with some of our tips for getting through the lockdown days.
- Going for a lunchtime walk: With the winter days meaning we don’t have much daylight, getting out for fresh air and sunlight (if we’re lucky) should help keep your energy up
- Exercise daily: Moving our bodies is important for ironing out any aches or niggles we have from being cooped in. Even if it’s a little walk or some stretching!
- Keep up communication: Even though we can’t enjoy company how we’d want to right now, checking in with your family and friends will keep up good spirits and talking about things help unload any feelings you may have
- Enjoy the little things!: Find enjoyment in the small stuff like cooking a nice meal, learning a new skill or listening to your fave music or podcasts. Take each day as it comes and be kind to yourself.
