Recruitment Process

  • Application
    Take your time to view our vacancies & when you find the perfect role or want to send us your details for future opportunities, email [email protected] with your CV.
  • Review
    Our recruitment team will review your application & will be in touch within 7 working days if you are successful.
  • Select
    We will test your skills with a variety of scenarios or specific tests to see if this role is right for you.
  • Engage
    Depending on the role, our recruitment team will conduct a telephone interview before a face to face interview. Our interviews include competency based questions and are a chance to get to know you better & for you to find out more about us. If you are successful at this stage, our more technical roles will involve additional tests.
  • Outcome
    After your interview we will be in contact with you to update you on the outcome. If you are successful, we will give you a call to let you know the good news. *All offers are subject to satisfactory references & DBS.
  • Onboard
    Your welcome pack & contact will be sent to you nearer to your start date. In order to get you ready to join our Amigo family we need your documentation back prior to you starting.
  • Academy
    On your first day you will join a training academy & have a 'get to know you' breakfast with your fellow new colleagues. Breakfast is on us!
