Case Handler - Amigo Loans

Package: Starting Salary £20,267 per annum with quarterly performance & pay review to a maximum of £31,525 + Bonuses + Benefits Package

What you’ll do:

  • Assess a customer’s finances through open and honest conversations, whilst having the confidence to question someone’s circumstances and taking ownership of the decision of whether to lend.
  • Be focused, reactive, challenge and determine fraud.
  • Be able to work in a high paced, target environment, effectively manage your own work load and efficiently contact customers. 
  • Represent the company in a human manner, answering general enquiries about our product to customers and assist them in the setting up of applications.
  • We expect you to treat the money as if it was your own.

What you’ll need:

  • To be target driven and motivated to be the best.
