Can I take a payment break?
We don't offer payment holidays. However, if you have experienced a change in circumstances and cannot make your monthly loan repayment, it's important we speak to you to understand your financial situation. Please email [email protected] or call us on 01202 629 161.
You can change your payment date online, if you think there is a date in the month that suits you better, but we will need 5 working days notice so we can tell the bank.
