How can I improve my credit score?

Whenever you make a payment on time, we inform the credit reference agencies (Equifax, Call Credit and Experian), who then record the payment on your credit file. The more payments you make on time and in full, the better your credit history could become.

If you miss a payment, we have an obligation to inform the credit reference agencies, too, who will record this as a missed payment. This may make your credit history worse and could make gaining credit in the future more difficult. Therefore, it's important to always keep up-to-date with your payments. Please let us know as soon as possible if you think that you'll have difficulty making a payment, so we can make sure you're not being asked to pay more than you can afford.

We recommend you sign up for a free Noddle account, where you can check your credit report any time you like, at no cost.
