Sending proof of my income

Before paying out a loan we’ll check that the payments are affordable.

Don’t worry if we’ve asked you to send in proof of your income, it will be because we haven’t been able verify this information during our online checks.

By sending in a clear picture of a document confirming your income it means we can speed up the application and pay out the loan as soon as possible.

If you’re sending a picture of a bank statement, make sure we can see the following information clearly:

If you do not have a bank statement, we can also accept the following documents:

BenefitsRecent letter from the Benefits Agency
  • Your full name
  • Amount you receive and the frequency of payments
  • The date (this cannot be older than 100 days)
PensionLetter from Department for Work and Pensions or a private pension provider
  • Your full name
  • Amount you receive and the frequency of payments
Employment wagePayslip
  • Your full name
  • Employer’s name
  • Your bank account details
  • Payslip dated within 100 days (if you are paid weekly, we need to be able to see two weeks’ worth of payments)
