What if I can’t pay?

If for any reason you can’t pay, you need to speak to us on 01202 629 161 (9am-7pm Mon-Thurs; 9am-6pm Fri; 9am-1pm Sat), so we can work with you to try and come to a reasonable resolution. If your payment is not received on the due date you selected, we will notify both you and your guarantor as soon as we are aware.

We'll always try to come to a resolution with you first. However, if we're unable to do this, we'll let your guarantor know and attempt payment from them once the account is behind by 15 days.

We’ll only ever ask your guarantor to pay in line with their agreement and in the best interests of you both. Doing so helps prevent any negative implications of the account remaining behind, such as the arrears increasing and the loan term extending.
