How do I log in to my account?
Logging into your account is the same if you’re using the App or going online. Just click log in and enter your mobile number and date of birth.
We’ll then text you a code that you’ll need to enter on the app or on our website. This confirms it’s you and that no one else is trying to access your account without you knowing. Once done, you’re in.
How do I view my statement?
Once you’re logged in, you can check the progress of your loan 24/7.
Here’s where you can see helpful stuff like:
- Your account statement
- Your current balance
- When your next payment is due
- And when the interest is calculated
Basically, everything you could need to know about your loan.
How do I check my current balance?
If you want an even easier breakdown of your balance, you can text the word ‘STATEMENT’ to 07595553371 and we’ll send you a mini SMS statement.
Otherwise, just log in to your online account.
How do I update my details?
If you ever need to update your details (address, telephone number, email address), you can log in to your online account or the mobile App and click on the ‘Your Details’ tab.
To update your payment details (bank account, debit or credit card, or payment date) click on the ‘Repayments’ tab.
