Complaints Data

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), requires financial services firms to report on the number of reportable customer complaints they receive every six months should the firm have 500 or more complaints during that period. 

In the periods between October 2022  and September 2023, Amigo Loans Ltd has not met this threshold and therefore, is not required to publish complaint volumes as set by the FCA.

The claims raised within Amigo’s Scheme of Arrangement do not constitute complaints for reporting purposes. Further detail may be found here - https://www.amigoscheme.co.uk.
