What happens if a payment fails?

If your payment fails we will notify both you and your guarantor as soon as we are aware.

If we aren't able to collect payment, we will try to come to a resolution with you first. If we are unable to do this, or if we can't get hold of you for two weeks, we'll let your guarantor know and then collect payment from them.
